• You can cancel within 3 calendar days of booking
• We’ll refund your payment minus a $125 administrative fee

💰 After 72 Hours:

• All sales are final
• No refunds will be given, for any reason

You’re free to go a different route. If you choose your own clinic:

• We will release the second 50% of your package payment to that clinic (up to the balance owed)
• If the new clinic charges more than that, you’ll just pay the difference
• We won’t be responsible for negotiating with or managing the alternate clinic relationship
