All refunds requested inside the first three days from ordering a medal plan will be subject to a $125 cancellation fee. After the first three days from ordering, there will be no refund. 

THREE DAY GRACE PERIOD

For the person that wants to start right now today, you're always welcome to sign a waiver declining the three day grace period, but remember if you sign this waiver you lose your ability to receive a refund.

Upon waving the 3 day grace period or on the 4th day we'll immediately start providing you all of our digital information and expertise to help you get prepared to GO! 

On the 4th day after booking your hair transplant plan, everyone loses the ability to receive a refund. 

We also understand that sometimes things happen in life, so if you do cancel your trip you're always welcome to reschedule at a later date. Contact our senior support to re-schedule. We’ll do everything we can to try to credit you back as much as possible to help you re-start your hair transplant journey.
